It’s about to get lit, my ninjas! This is the best look we’ve received so far at what Nike has coming for us from the Nike Air Max 2016 Comfort line, and it’s exactly the look we were pining for. The jet-black mesh upper is just a primer, the updated seamless toe makes a perfect platform for the retina-busting white vamp Swoosh, which is powered up by a downsized check in the same eye-popping white that flanks the medial. Bet let’s get to the real reason why we’re all here: How about those bubbles? Shutdown! Glassy-bag vision has got us hyped like it’s already the weekend, but the extra icy outsole finish and that’s stumps, fam!
After all these years, we still get excited when a new Air Max model drops and this time is no different. Since giving our readers an early look at the Nike Air Max 2016 Supplier all the way back in March, we previewed a bunch of upcoming colourways a few weeks back but this new colourway hasn’t popped up on our radar until recently. Aside from the fresh blue-to-black gradient upper that initially caught our eye, the other interesting note is the silvered-out full length Air cushioning sole unit. Nike has refined Air technology so much that the last few Air Max models have sported very similar sole units, and taking away the visual impact of the Visible Air sole that is synonymous with the Air Max range since ’87 really allows the beautiful Engineered Mesh upper to shine.
A major calling card for the Air Max series has been the championing of visible air since Tinker Hatfield’s first installment back in 1987. In fact, it’s been the only calling card really as a wide array of uppers have changed throughout while only the size and shape of one of the Swoosh’s signature technologies has grown over the years. Nike is changing things up a little for the latest Nike Air Max 2016 Black Latest release though, as they’ve covered up the “Air” with a sleek metallic silver midsole.
Our homies at HNBMG in Vietnam managed to get ahold of a sample pair of the upcoming Nike Air Max 2016 Racer Blue Best, way ahead of any schedule Nike has been planning for this shoe! The sole unit is very similar to the unit currently used on the Air Max 2015, and the Flywire Technology looks to be a refined version of what is currently offered as well, overlaid on top of a one piece Engineered Mesh upper.
Summers and six-packs go stride in stride and this summer, Nike‘s got brews for the boys. Anyone sitting on the fence regarding the Nike Air Max 2016 Pink Black Store is going to be well and truly won over by this spring/summer pack, maybe not so much that Volt/blue option, but the rest of the pack brings the heat just like its titular season. The ‘Oreo’ option is definitely going to the top of the list for us and the second is a hard pick – they’re just so on-point.
